Freedom of Speech? Not anymore in some countries

This article's title is "Number of jailed journalists sets global record". It is shocked to me because i think journalists are kind of ICON of freedom of speech! But they are imprisoned.. In many country(Eritrea, Syria, Vietnam, etc.), this terrible attacks to freedom are enacting, still.
Fortunately(or may not know) I can not find imprisoned media-people in Korea nowadays. Of course, many years ago, there can be many reporters and right activists were imprisoned also in Korea. I hope above countries find out their errors as soon as possible. I think human power cannot block the nature. They never be able to stop the the voice of journalists.
